1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BudgetCPA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

BudgetCPA offers auto-renewable subscription options:

1 Month Premium: $6.99
3 Months Premium: $17.99
12 Months Premium: $69.99

Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings

3. Educational Purpose

BudgetCPA is an educational study aid for CPA exam preparation. The App:

Does not guarantee exam success or passing scores
Should be used as a supplement to, not replacement for, official CPA study materials
Uses AI-generated content which may contain errors - always verify with authoritative sources
Is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AICPA or any state boards of accountancy

4. User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Rent, lease, sell, or redistribute the App
Share your account credentials with others

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide explanations and study assistance. While we strive for accuracy:

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
Content is for educational purposes only
Always verify information with official CPA study materials
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at [your privacy policy URL].

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Apple's Standard EULA
