• Apple ID-linked purchase information such as product ID, transaction ID, and subscription status, collected via Apple's in-app purchase system.
• We do not receive or store credit card numbers or payment credentials.

b. Study and Usage Data

• User interactions within the app, including question attempts, progress tracking, and AI chat usage.
• Non-identifiable analytics data such as feature engagement, app performance, and error reports (through Apple and Firebase Analytics).

c. User Communications

• Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting support (e.g., email address, feedback, or product requests).

BudgetCPA does not collect sensitive categories of data such as biometrics, precise location, or financial account access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Deliver personalized study tools and AI-driven explanations.
• Maintain account access and verify subscription status.
• Improve app reliability, performance, and content accuracy.
• Respond to support requests and product inquiries.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and App Store policies.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Your data is stored securely using reputable third-party providers (e.g., Apple Cloud Services, Firebase). We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law.

We may share limited information with:

• Apple for processing purchases and verifying subscriptions.
• Service Providers (such as Firebase or analytics platforms) that help us operate and improve the app. All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We do not share personal data with advertisers or external marketing partners.

5. Children's Privacy

BudgetCPA is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.
